Participants will develop leadership skills, rediscover their heritages, and contribute to a collective legacy of excellence, creativity, and transformation.

  • Successful participants will receive official certificates of completion and be inducted into the program’s alum network, gaining continued access to mentorship, opportunities, and future initiatives.  To ensure equitable participation, an internet data package will be provided to support access to digital content, virtual mentorship sessions, program evaluations, and international digital exchange activities.  This support ensures that every selected participant, regardless of location or resources, can fully engage in this transformative experience.
